To create and secure your account; operate, maintain, and improve the Service; process any purchases; prevent cheating, fraud, and abuse; provide support; send service messages such as email verification and password resets; and comply with law.
If you link an email, we use it to verify your account, let you recover access (password reset), and send important service notices. We send transactional email through a third-party email provider. We do not send marketing email without your consent.

Other players can see your public display name, faction, and in-game activity.
We keep account and gameplay data while your account is active and as needed to operate the Service, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion as described below; some records may be retained where required by law.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures — including hashed credentials, access controls, and tunnel-only server endpoints — to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
You can update your display name and account in-game. To access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to ask a privacy question, email [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law (such as access, deletion, and non-discrimination); we honor requests as the law requires.
The Service is for adults (18+) and is not directed to anyone under 18; we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe someone under 18 has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it and close the account.
We operate the Service from the United States. If you use it from elsewhere, you understand your information is processed in the United States.
We may update this Policy; material changes will be noticed in-game or by email. Continued use means you accept the updated Policy.
